Join us on this late summer alpine hiking and yoga retreat. This retreat will happen on the magical time of autumn equinox. It is a 4 day and 3 night HIKE IN retreat. Carlyle lodge sits high in the Selkirk mountains surrounded by views of peaks and glaciers. All participants hike in their own personal gear. The trail in is 7km and takes around 3.5hrs. It is a beautiful historic trail winding through forests, meadows and high alpine passes. The lodge sleeps 8 and is fully equipped with comforts of home. Yoga takes place each morning and evening. We practice on the out door glacier view platform in the wildflower meadows. Dinners are catered and include appetizers and desserts. Alison Duff is our experienced chef and we have all dinners portered in. There is an option to hike all 4 days to explore lakes and peaks or simply rest in the beautiful meadows.
