Join us on this intimate back country hiking and yoga retreat in the mountains. Accommodation is in the 12 person Brennan lodge nestled in the Selkirk Mountains. Catered dinners are prepared for you in the cozy dining room. The lodge is equipped with all the amenities of home plus a hot tub and sauna. A guided full day hike takes us up to the stunning Lyle lakes basin. The day is spent exploring the turquoise lakes and wildflower meadows. Yoga is suitable for all levels and is practiced each morning and evening. A heart opening Cacao ceremony will be offered by Danya Buac to tune us into the blissfulness
