Connect to Center: Hatha Flow
Join Leah on Sunday at 10am for a heart opening practice of asana and breath joining in union. This fluid practice will bring awareness and healing to the whole body. Expect a deeply nourishing experience to assist in bringing mindfulness and acceptance to our current state of being. The practice will offer a deep stretch to the physical body and a state of peace to the energetic body.

Blissful Yoga Nidra- 5pm on Sunday
A deeply nourishing practice for rest and restore. Yoga nidra offers the physical body a chance to be still while the your consciousness is a witness to your thoughts and emotions . Leah will guide you through a deep relaxation technique, helping the nervous system regulate and increase the ability to deeply listen and tune in to self . This practice guides one through a gentle meditative state to invite decreased stress and increased holistic wellness.

Leah offers yoga that is deeply immersed in earth medicine. She is an adventure enthusiast who finds solace in mountains and the quietude of yoga. Leah offers yoga and hiking retreats in the alpine, where participants can tune in to the subtle rhythms of nature. She weaves in elemental wisdom with all of her practices, gently encouraging delving deeper into self inquiry and acceptance. Her practices intertwine the teachings of her various 550 hours of yoga teacher training. She offers hatha flow with pranayama, kundalini fusion, and yoga nidra. Leah’s grounding yoga techniques invite deep nourishment, patience and trust♡
